Residential & Commercial Properties

Property

We manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across the local area, offering well-maintained spaces for living and working. Working with trusted local partners, we provide a straightforward and reliable service, and many of our tenants choose to stay with us for the long term.

Our Approach

Long-term relationships, well-managed properties

We take a considered approach to property, focusing on quality, consistency and long-term relationships. Whether residential or commercial, we aim to provide well-maintained spaces that support local people, businesses and the wider community.

Supporting Local Businesses

Commercial Property

We offer a range of commercial properties across the estate, providing a base for a variety of local businesses. These include rural, farm-based units of different sizes and types, with good access to key transport routes including the A2, M2 and M20, as well as Sheerness and Dover ports.

Opportunities vary throughout the year. Available commercial properties are advertised via our local agent, George Webb Finn. If there are no current vacancies, you are welcome to register your interest or join a waiting list by completing the contact form.

“At G.H. Dean we are committed to providing rewarding jobs in the UK. We aim to offer a positive and rewarding experience, where everyone who joins us feels part of the team and takes pride in their work."

Homes in Rural Locations

Residential Property

Our residential properties include a range of homes, from cottages to larger houses, many located in rural settings across the estate. These properties are managed in partnership with The Lettings Centre, who provide a professional service and 24-hour support for tenants via their online portal.

"Having access to a 24-hour on-line reporting system, was brilliant when our boiler stopped working, I was able to report it on the train on way to work, thank you"
